Oi can life suck anymore?

Well I make a layout and talk to a friend about it and they say I need permission to write my own webcode? Do huh? I mean what the hell. I spend 6-7 hours on code and they say I need to ask permission to write it. Sheesh I uses a layout as a template for my own coding. Tho I did the coding from scratch meaning a shitload more PHP ASP and SHTML the one I took a look at was HTML just PLANE HTML. if you ask me there is something TOTALY DIFFERENT..
